I was able to find the OEM parts I needed quickly, which was a nice surprise. The selection was solid and the whole thing was straightforward. huge relief. Wait, why is finding the right part usually such a nightmare? Anyway, this time it was easy.

I ordered a handful of parts from Pelican Parts and expected the shipping to be a lot higher than it was, mostly because that’s usually where the total suddenly jumps at checkout. But in this case, the shipping cost was actually fair, and there weren’t any random extra fees or surprise charges tacked on at the last second. Everything was straightforward, the final price made sense, and the order showed up quickly too. I know shipping isn’t the most exciting thing to talk about, but when it’s reasonable and hassle-free, it definitely makes the whole buying experience better. I don’t really have anything to complain about, and I’d use Pelican Parts again.

"Damaged part was taken care of"
My item arrived with a damaged part, which was a bit annoying at first. That said, once I reached out, they got it sorted without much hassle. I wouldn’t say it was a perfect experience because of the damage, but depending on how a company handles issues, it can really change your opinion, and in this case, they handled it well.

"Exactly the parts I needed"
I ordered a few parts for my older Porsche, and everything showed up exactly like I selected on the site. I was relieved there were no random substitutions or almost-right pieces in the box.
I went through the part numbers one by one against my order email, because I’m the type of person who checks tiny details like that before I even pull the parts out of the packaging. Every number matched, and even the little labels looked right.
Overall it was a simple, clean transaction, which is all I really wanted. I’d definitely order from Pelican Parts again

"Great forum, store is decent"
I mostly end up on Pelican Parts for the forum stuff. There are so many older posts that have helped me figure things out on my Porsche and saved me a bunch of time. Anyway, the shop itself is okay, but I don’t always find the best prices or shipping there. Still a really useful resource overall, just not perfect.

"Helpful email support, just a little slow"
I emailed Pelican Parts because I wasn’t totally sure a part would fit my car, and they did end up getting back to me with clear info. The response was useful, it kept me from ordering the wrong part.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it took a bit longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just had to wait a little. Overall, solid support

I had a strange sensor issue with my BMW and wasn’t totally sure what part I needed. Pelican Parts’ tech support figured it out really quickly, and the guy I spoke with clearly knew his stuff. I found Pelican Parts on a whim while trying to figure out a couple fixes on my old BMW, and wow, I’m glad I did. The DIY articles actually made sense right away, the pictures were clear, and the steps didn’t feel overly complicated. I ended up doing the work myself and saving some money, which felt great. "Finally found the odd part I needed"
I had been searching all over for this small old Porsche part, and umm, it was getting frustrating. Either nobody had it in stock, or the websites I found just didn’t feel very trustworthy.
Pelican Parts actually had the part listed with the right details, and it looked like a match for what I needed. The ordering process was simple enough, and it arrived without any problems.
Not much more to add, honestly. I’m just glad they still carry those harder-to-find parts, and I’ll probably check them first next time

"Fair prices and no weird surprises"
I ordered a few parts for my old Porsche from Pelican Parts, the prices seemed fair to me compared with the other sites I looked at. A couple of things were even less than I expected, and the shipping didn’t feel outrageous either.
What I personally liked was that they showed different options, so I could choose between OEM parts or less expensive brands depending on what made sense. In my experience, it felt straightforward and like I wasn’t getting ripped off, which is really all I’m hoping for when buying car parts online.

"Shipping could’ve been better"
The parts arrived in good shape, so no issue there, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of frustrating waiting longer than I thought I would. The tracking also didn’t update for a couple of days, which felt avoidable.

They do have a decent selection of parts, so that’s nice. Unfortunately, when it came to finding a few things for my older Porsche, some of the stuff I needed was missing. I guess classic cars are just asking too much.

"Refund was quicker than I thought it’d be"
I had to send back a part because it didn’t fit my car, i was expecting the refund process to drag on. To be fair, once they got the item back, the money showed up quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was faster than I’ve dealt with at a lot of other places. I’m still giving 4 stars because the return instructions could definitely be clearer, but I’ll admit the refund part went better than I expected.
