I was able to find the OEM parts I needed quickly, which was a nice surprise. The selection was solid and the whole thing was straightforward. huge relief. Wait, why is finding the right part usually such a nightmare? Anyway, this time it was easy.

I ordered a handful of parts from Pelican Parts and expected the shipping to be a lot higher than it was, mostly because that’s usually where the total suddenly jumps at checkout. But in this case, the shipping cost was actually fair, and there weren’t any random extra fees or surprise charges tacked on at the last second. I know shipping isn’t the most exciting thing to talk about, but when it’s reasonable and hassle-free, it definitely makes the whole buying experience better. I don’t really have anything to complain about, and I’d use Pelican Parts again.

I wouldn’t say it was a perfect experience because of the damage, but depending on how a company handles issues, it can really change your opinion, and in this case, they handled it well.

Anyway, the shop itself is okay, but I don’t always find the best prices or shipping there. Still a really useful resource overall, just not perfect.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it took a bit longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just had to wait a little. Overall, solid support

I had to send back a part because it didn’t fit my car, i was expecting the refund process to drag on. To be fair, once they got the item back, the money showed up quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was faster than I’ve dealt with at a lot of other places. I’m still giving 4 stars because the return instructions could definitely be clearer, but I’ll admit the refund part went better than I expected.
